1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the zt888 platform available at zt888.org (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the zt888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of zt888 following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the zt888 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a natural person of full legal capacity;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of zt888 or any of its affiliated studios or software providers;
• Not be self-excluded from the zt888 Platform or any other gambling service under a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.

zt888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active zt888 account. The creation of duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, zt888 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and valid address. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. zt888 is not responsible for losses arising from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt888 login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify zt888 support immediately at the email address in the footer of this page if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

zt888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. zt888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Key conditions governing transactions at zt888:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via mobile wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa); higher minimums may apply for other methods.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals above threshold amounts require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a government-issued CNIC and a selfie.
• Processing time: zt888 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Deposit limits: zt888 may impose deposit limits at the platform or individual account level at its sole discretion.
• Third-party payments: zt888 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts not registered in the player's own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

zt888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• zt888 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between zt888 accounts.

6. Casino and Betting Rules

All casino games available on zt888 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by internationally regulated live dealer studios. zt888 does not influence the outcomes of any game.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by zt888 at its sole discretion. In-play betting outcomes are determined by official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, zt888's determination shall be final.

zt888 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any bet, wager, or game session if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A technical error or system fault affected the outcome;
• The player was not eligible to participate;
• Fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or collusion was involved.

Maximum win limits may apply per game, per session, or per day. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant game rules or lobby description.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the zt888 Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's zt888 account;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the zt888 Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Facilitating a third party's use of your zt888 account;
• Any activity that zt888 reasonably determines to be contrary to fair play or the integrity of the Platform.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zt888 Platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and databases – is the property of zt888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of zt888 content without express written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt888, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

zt888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party outages may affect availability. zt888 will take reasonable steps to notify players of planned downtime but is not obligated to provide advance notice in all circumstances.

zt888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your zt888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

zt888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the zt888 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of play.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

zt888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any zt888 account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is subject to a valid dispute, chargeback, or law enforcement inquiry;
• The player has provided false registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to zt888 or other users.

Players may also close their zt888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zt888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments may be made with immediate effect. Your continued use of the zt888 Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulations under which zt888 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and zt888, you agree to first raise the matter with zt888 support by emailing [email protected]. zt888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
